Tenants

Does the tenant need to install an app?

No. They scan the home QR code with the phone camera and report in the browser, with no install and no account.

Does the tenant need a Fixklarn account?

No. Reporting opens on a web page tied to the home QR code. Only whoever manages the property needs an account.

Can they attach a photo of the fault?

Yes. On the QR form they describe the problem and can attach a photo. It is stored on the right home immediately.

Does the tenant know when the issue moves forward?

Yes. When the status changes in the dashboard, the tenant gets an email update if they left contact details on the report.

What if the tenant will not use the QR code?

The QR stays in the home and reporting takes under a minute. If someone still calls, ask them to scan the QR next time.

Can I see what the tenant sees?

Yes. Open the demo at fixklarn.com/demo/report/demo01: same flow, with sample data.

Managers and landlords

Can I manage many homes and buildings?

Yes. Each home has its own QR code and record, and you see the whole portfolio on one dashboard.

Who carries out the repair?

You do, the same way you do today. Fixklarn does not send contractors: it records the fault and, at the end, the repair with your photo.

How fast can I start?

The same day. Create an account, add homes, and give each tenant their QR code.

How does the QR code per home work?

In the dashboard you generate a unique QR per home, print or share the PDF poster, and place it in the home. Each scan opens the right form.

How do I close a request?

Update the status while you work on it and, when it is fixed, close with a photo of the repair. It stays in that home's history.

Can I export history?

Yes. You can download CSV, Excel, or PDF from the dashboard, depending on what you need for records or internal sharing.

Is Fixklarn for me?

It is for anyone who manages rented homes and wants faults and repairs reported and recorded: rental managers, landlords, and public housing bodies. It does not handle rent, contracts, or tax; it sits alongside the software you already use for that.

Pricing and plans

What counts as one home?

A home is one rented dwelling: an apartment or a house. Each has its own QR code and history.

What happens after the 60-day free trial?

The account is paused until you choose a plan. Tenants can still report via the QR code and nothing is deleted: issues stay saved and you see them all once you activate a plan.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Published amounts exclude VAT (23%). Applicable VAT appears on your invoice according to your situation.

Is there a discount on the annual plan?

Yes. Annual billing equals 10 months paid (2 months free) on Starter, Professional, and Portfolio.

Can I change plan?

Yes. You can move up or down when your portfolio grows or shrinks, through the billing area.

What about public housing?

Councils, municipal companies, and non-profits can request a proposal: 12-month pilot in one neighbourhood, per-home pricing. Email: hello@fixklarn.com.

Data and privacy

Is data secure?

Data is stored in the European Union and processed under the GDPR. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Where is data hosted?

On infrastructure in the European Union (Ireland), in line with the GDPR.

What data does a tenant report collect?

Fault description, optional photo, and email if the tenant wants updates. We do not ask tenants for an account or password.

If the account is paused, do I lose reports?

No. Reports still come in via the QR code and stay saved. You see them again when you activate a plan.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export issue records as CSV, Excel, or PDF. For GDPR requests, contact hello@fixklarn.com.
