Do I need a team to use it?
No. One person creates the account, adds homes, and handles requests in the dashboard. If you grow, invite colleagues later.
What if I only have one or two homes?
You can start on Starter. You pay for the plan's home cap, not per individual request, and keep history while you manage rentals.
Will tenants use it?
Reporting via QR takes under a minute. Leave the poster visible in the kitchen or entrance and explain once: next times it tends to stick.
