How does it work for the resident?
They scan the home QR, describe the fault, and can attach a photo. No account needed. They get email if they want to know when status changes.
How does it work for the municipal team?
See requests on a dashboard, update statuses, and close with a repair photo. Export lists when you need proof or a report.
How do I request a proposal?
Email hello@fixklarn.com with the number of homes and the neighbourhood where you would like to pilot. We reply with per-home pricing and a 12-month calendar.
