Fixklarn

How does Fixklarn work?

Fixklarn is a Portuguese platform for recording faults and repairs for rental managers, landlords, and public housing. Each home has a QR code: tenants report on their phone with no app, and you track issues, close with a photo, and export history when you need it.

How does the QR code per home work?

In the dashboard you generate a unique QR for each rented home, print the PDF poster, and place it in the home. Each scan opens the right form without mixing buildings or units.

Can tenants report without an app and with a photo?

Yes. They scan the QR with the camera, describe the fault, and can attach a photo in the browser. No install and no account: the request is tied to the home immediately.

How do statuses and tenant notifications work?

You update status in the dashboard (new, in progress, resolved). When it changes, the tenant gets an email if they left contact details, so they know the request moved forward.

How do you close with a repair photo?

When the fault is fixed, close the request and attach a photo of the repair. It appears on the issue detail and in the home history as dated proof.

Where is history kept per home?

Each home has its own request list in the dashboard: descriptions, photos, statuses, and dates. When the tenant changes, the record stays with the home, not someone's phone.

Can I export CSV?

Yes. Download CSV from the dashboard for archiving or quick analysis in a spreadsheet.

Can I export Excel?

Yes. You can generate an Excel (xlsx) file with the same set of requests, useful for internal sharing or periodic reports.

Can I export PDF?

Yes. You can download a PDF fault record, for example for handover, complaints, or owner archives.
